1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise specified. Employees of Inner Harbor Media/WOLF Radio Inc., its affiliated companies, sponsors, advertising agencies, participating promotional partners, and their immediate family members or members of their household are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Listeners may enter the contest by following the instructions announced on-air by 92.1 The WOLF and/or posted on the station’s official social media channels or website.
Beginning September 21st, listen to 92.1 The WOLF for the Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band signal to call.
When the designated Ringo Starr contest signal to call airs, listeners may call or text 315-472-0228. The designated caller through to the station phone line, as determined by 92.1 The WOLF, will be selected as that contest play’s winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
Contest opportunities will occur at various times between September 21st and October 2nd. Exact times may vary and are at the sole discretion of 92.1 The WOLF.
Only eligible entries received during the designated contest period will be accepted. Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise specified.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to see Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band at The Palace Theatre Albany in Albany, NY, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected using the method announced by 92.1 The WOLF during the contest.
If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time period specified by the station, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Winner Verification
The winner may be required to provide valid identification and/or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility before receiving the prize.
The winner may also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law.
6. Tickets
Tickets are subject to the policies, terms, conditions, and restrictions of the ticket issuer, venue, promoter, and/or artist.
92.1 The WOLF and Inner Harbor Media are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed, or damaged tickets.
Concert date, time, venue, performers, seating, and other event details are subject to change by the event promoter, venue, or artist.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of 92.1 The WOLF and Inner Harbor Media, which are final with respect to the contest.
92.1 The WOLF and Inner Harbor Media reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to interfere with the operation of the contest.
8. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
